From their official website:
"Held annually since 2001 in a week-long April event, Ivy Film Festival has grown to become the largest student-run film festival in the world. Festival week features advanced screenings of feature films, panels, keynotes, workshops, and masterclasses with some of the most highly regarded professionals in the industry, culminating with the Official Selection of short student films, screenplays, and virtual reality experiences. In 2016, Ivy Film Festival expanded its reach to partner with dozens of universities across the world through its Satellite Film Festival, bringing its world-renowned Official Selection to audiences throughout the globe."
As a member of IFF's branding team, I, along with a small team of designers, photographers, and illustrators from Brown University and RISD have collaborated on organizing a new design system and branding identity for the 2024 Ivy Film Festival season. Below are some Instagram posts that I have created for their official account to promote events.
I also designed a sponsorship packet that was sent out to companies to formally introduce the festival to them, provide statistics about past events, and highlight the famous guests they have welcomed to campus.
Also pictured is a postcard design illustrated by me and three iterations of a festival week poster promoting the Ivy Film Festival around Brown University's campus during April 2024. Postcards were sold during festival week and were widely popular with students and the Providence community, serving as a token of their time at the event and as a gift to those who couldn't make the film festival.
